specifications, including coefficient of friction, as represented in this
catalog due to inherent variables in the raw materials and production
process. Purchaser further understands that test results on a particular
product may vary slightly from tile to tile, and from test to test. Test
results disclosed in this catalog are not guarantees of minimum or maximum
thresholds of performance. Purchasers acknowledge that they will inspect and
accept shipments with the full knowledge and understanding that any claims
concerning the acceptability of the product must be presented to Dal-Tile
Corporation and resolved prior to its installation. Unless specifically
stated otherwise within the product-specific and series-specific information
contained herein, Dal-Tile Corporation does not generally recommend wall
tile for floor installations, nor extend any warranties to any party that
installs wall tile on the floor. Unless specifically stated otherwise, tile
that Dal-Tile Corporation recommends for floor applications refers to
interior applications only. Dal-Tile Corporation assumes no
responsibility for any act or action taken on the part of any person or
entity after the product has been sold that are contrary to the
