As busy as we all are in this changing economy, we am currently taking a couple of days or so to process blueprint take-offs. We need to establish your unit quantities (square yardage-footage, etc) before we meet with you for material specifications or a color selection. Please include with your blueprint any budgetary requirements that you have as well as an estimated time of completion for your project so that we may prioritize our efforts. If you need an estimate for banking purposes, your bid can be done with allowance figures rather than actual specs, and is done according to square footage SUPPLIED BY YOU. In this design conscious world, it doesn’t pay to get too far ahead of yourself as your interests might change as well as material availability. Estimates are done if the building sites are in King, Snohomish, or Island counties in Washington state, USA. Some bids are also done in nearby areas.
